Autumn Subway Art

I love the fall season, with all of the delicious smells, beautiful colors, and comfort food. It's a time to reflect and be thankful. With each new school year, I seem to notice more of how much has changed in my life, how much my kids have grown, and how quickly time seems to fly. Time has really seemed to go by quickly for me this year. Today is my one year blog anniversary. Yep, that's right, I began blogging one year ago today. So what better way to celebrate than to share a free printable with you!
I designed this Subway Art print using the MY Memories Suite V.3 digital scrapbook program. I have found this program to be so useful. I've used it in many ways that have nothing to do with scrapbooking, although you could use it for that too. ;-) I've used the program to create bridal shower invitations, place cards, and of course today's free printable.

Free Printable, Summer Journaling Tags

As summer has come to a close, I am still finishing up some last minute summer projects. AAAh, I know I am such a procrastinator! Yes, I confess, it's soo true. Now that my admission of guilt is out of the way, I will share what I've been working on. Some free printable tags just for you, my dear readers. :-)
So, if you're like me and have a summer project still waiting to be done, then by all means take full advatage of my procrastination and use these tags, or feel free to just stash them away until next summer. :-)

Two Cards, Same Layout

Have you ever wanted to make multiples of the same card, but did not have enough of the same papers, embellishments, ect...? This happens to me all the time, and my last round of card making was no exception. I wanted to create several of the same card, but did not have several of the same papers, ect... So, I just used the same layout, and changed it up. This is actually very fun to do, I did not have to sit and think for an hour to come up with a new design for each card, ( am I really the only one who does this? ) but I could still have fun using different papers and embellies. After all, that's my fave part of cardmaking, playing with all the fun products.

Here are two different cards using the same layout.
card # 1

and card #2
The only difference is the papers and embellishments. All papers for both cards is from My Minds Eye. The rub-ons are from my stash, and the "thank you" sentiment is a stamp that I found recently at Wal-Mart.
Thank you so much for stopping by today! I just love sharing with you all,
